Hibachi at Kumo 27 in Middlesex Aug 20

Join Heather as she hosts an informal Jewish young professionals and graduates Hibachi lunch at Kumo 27.

Hibachi is a Japanese term that refers to a cooking style where food is cooked in a large, open bowl. The word hibachi is also used to refer to the cooking appliance itself, which is typically a circular or rectangular grill that sits in the middle of the table. The origins of Hibachi date back to the Heian period (794-1185 AD). During this time, the aristocrats would use Hibachi as a way to entertain their guests. They would cook food on the open flame and then serve it to their guests.
