Annual JYC Builders
A voluntary annual gift helps sustain the gatherings and connections that bring people back. Suggested annual gifts are $180, $360 or $720; any amount is welcome.
Builders is a way to support JYC, not a membership or an admission pass. Giving does not create priority registration or exclusive access.

Choose a single payment or a fixed payment plan offered by that checkout. Finite installments divide a total gift; they are not an open-ended monthly subscription.
No automatic annual renewal. A gift for another year is a new decision.

Explore support for young-adult engagement, accessible participation and community programming. Share the opportunity, eligibility rules and deadline. MJCBY must authorize applications and administer accepted awards.

Discuss a Jewish employee resource group program, learning experience, networking gathering or service project. Share the audience, goals and budget so JYC can assess fit and capacity.

A partner can contribute funds, a venue, food, an educator, supplies or staff time. Agree on responsibilities and costs with JYC and MJCBY before booking vendors or incurring expenses.

Giving questions
Who receives my gift and handles the receipt?
MJCBY receives the contribution with JYC designated as the fund and handles the charitable receipt. Keep your confirmation. For receipt, refund, designation or donor-record questions, email jycnewjersey@gmail.com. Nathan Vaisbort is JYC’s donor accountability contact and can route the request to MJCBY.
Can I set up ongoing monthly giving?
The current JYC checkout offers single gifts and finite installment plans. It does not offer an open-ended, cancel-anytime monthly gift. MJCBY owns and controls ShulCloud’s payment settings; JYC cannot change them.
What about fees, matching gifts or a restricted gift?
Check the payment service’s current fees and final total before submitting. If your employer offers matching gifts, confirm that MJCBY is eligible under that program and ask how to designate the match for JYC. Matching is subject to your employer’s rules.
For a gift restricted to a particular purpose, contact JYC first so MJCBY can confirm acceptance and instructions. A payment note alone does not establish an agreed funding arrangement.
Does a gift include event admission?
No. Register separately using the service named on the confirmed event page, whether MJCBY’s existing ShulCloud flow or another named provider. Review that event’s price and cancellation terms before submitting. JYC does not require membership or a donation to participate.
Can I help without donating?
Yes. Share volunteer interest, offer program resources, or invite someone to a confirmed event. You are welcome regardless of whether you give.
