Arrival introduction request
JYC may introduce two guests who separately opted in for the same event and broad area. JYC does not organize or guarantee transportation.

Event-cost help request
Select your event and the type of help you would like to discuss. Ask before registering or paying; availability must be confirmed for the event. This request does not reserve a place or guarantee assistance.

Introduction screening and transportation limits
JYC checks that both guests opted in, selected the same event and broad area, and have no known unresolved safety restriction. Any later travel arrangement is private and independent of JYC.
Registration, cancellation and refunds
A support request is separate from event registration. JYC is a project of MJCBY; any payment adjustment or assistance arrangement must be confirmed through the event’s existing process.
- The confirmed event page is the official source for date, location, price and deadline.
- Register and pay only through the service named on that event page.
- If plans change, cancel with the registration service and email JYC before the event deadline.
- Refunds follow the rule shown before payment and return through the original payment service.
- OneTable currently marks the confirmed Sukkot event as Free. If a registration provider later displays a charge, review its cancellation and refund terms before submitting; JYC does not promise a refund beyond the terms shown by that provider.
