Group launch threshold

One named host and one backup host
At least six opted-in guests in one area or interest
A confirmed meeting rhythm and first date
A current public review date
Venue, access needs, staffing and any budget approved before launch

JYC will start with one pilot when these conditions and the necessary venue, access, staffing and budget checks are complete. Until then, this form records interest; it does not enroll you in a group.

What would make a small group work for you? (optional)

Only share what JYC needs for this request. Submissions are stored privately in WordPress and emailed as a notification without the sensitive message text. Ask JYC to correct or delete your information at any time.

JYC reviews group interest monthly. If a pilot opens and you consented to follow-up, JYC will send the host, area or interest, rhythm and first confirmed date.
