Asher Weinstein, a Highland Park native and Drexel University alum, has long been at the forefront of engaging young Jewish professionals through meaningful social gatherings. After college, he became a key player in Highland Park’s vibrant social scene, founding the Oneg Group to foster Friday evening meetups post-services for young adults looking to connect.

With over a decade of experience organizing events tailored to Jewish young professionals, Asher has made it his mission to create inclusive spaces that welcome individuals from all backgrounds. His initiative in Highland Park set the stage for building communities where young adults and graduate students could meet, mingle, and form lasting friendships.

In 2019, Asher’s journey took him to Morristown, where he continued to immerse himself in community building. His contributions as a founding member of the Jewish Young Community have been invaluable, blending his digital marketing savvy with his passion for community engagement to cultivate a fun, welcoming atmosphere for newcomers and regulars alike.

Outside of his community work, Asher’s personal interests include playing ultimate frisbee, delving into Dungeons and Dragons, and enjoying quality time with his beloved cat, Dunkin. His dynamic blend of professional skill and personal warmth makes Asher an integral part of our team, driving social engagement with creativity and commitment.
