A public activity number will return only after JYC publishes its counting rule, reviewed source and last-reviewed date.

Each published account needs permission for website display, a dated permission record, a past-event evidence reference and a named reviewer with a review date. Permission and source evidence stay private. An edited account must be checked again.

What an account can establish

A reviewed story records one person’s consented account of a specific past gathering. It does not establish everyone’s experience or an attendance total. Each published account links to the dated event record and names its reviewer.

Read the event-history and community-recognition rules. No annual recognition programme or recipient list is being announced.

Retain the original announced admission conditions in the dated event record. Keep attendance evidence and permission private; withdraw the account if permission is withdrawn. No guest ranking, trophy or annual award is created by a recap.

Change or withdraw a published story

You can ask JYC to correct your attribution or remove your story or image. Include the page link and enough detail to identify the item; you do not need to explain why.
