No partner listing has completed every permission, source, duplicate, location-privacy, and freshness check yet. JYC will not seed the calendar with invented events.
How listings are accepted, corrected, and expired
- Eligible submissions come from an authorized NJ Jewish nonprofit, congregation, JCC, Federation, or permission-confirmed community partner and link to a current public source.
- Submissions enter a private queue. Staff reviews at least every 7 days; nothing publishes automatically.
- Staff confirms partner permission, public-location safety, source accuracy, audience fit, and duplicate status before publication.
- Exact private-home addresses are never displayed. A broad town or region is enough until an attendee is confirmed by the organizer.
- A matching organization + title + date is treated as a duplicate. Corrections use the correction option below rather than creating another listing.
- Listings expire after the event plus 1 day(s). Nathan Vaisbort owns stale-listing review and correction escalation.
